RIE Coatings, located in Eden Valley, MN is looking for a variety of Production Support roles to help support an amazing team of operators and sprayers. We have both 1st shift and 2nd shift positions available.

Positions

Sprayer 1st Shift: Looking for someone with previous spraying experience to help spray liquid coating on specialty parts. Assists with racking and packaging of parts when not spraying.

Racking & Packaging Support 1st Shift: This role assists the sprayers with laying out specialty parts on trays, moving trays, moving racks into the ovens, and packaging of parts.

Machine Operator and Support 1st or 2nd Shift: These positions process parts, prepare coatings, enter data into the computer, perform quality checks, etc.

Hours:

1st shift 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. OT shifts - 5:00am 3:00pm and does include every other Saturday when we are busy.

2nd shift 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. OT shifts 3:00pm to 1:00am and does include every other Saturday when we are busy.

NEW STARTING PAY!

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour for both shifts. 2nd shift receives a $3.00 per hour shift differential. All positions are eligible for our quarterly incentive program.

Requirements:

Lift up to 50 pounds frequently, ability to stand for the majority of the shift, full range of motion including bending, twisting, reaching, grabbing, walking, and reaching over your head. For safety reasons, you must also be able to see, hear, concentrate, understand, be aware of your surroundings, and withstand a hot environment. You must also pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
